Can I wear my Fluffie outside?
Fluff yeah, you can! Your Fluffie isn’t just for lazy sundays on the couch (though it’s perfect for that, too). Thanks to the arctic fleece outer layer, it’s stylish enough for running errands, grabbing coffee, or even a casual hangout. Just prepare for people to ask where you got it—Fluffie envy is real!
How do I care for my Fluffie?
Your Fluffie deserves the best care, just like you! Machine wash it on a gentle cycle with cold water, and for drying, you have options: laying it flat to dry is best, or if you’re in a hurry, pop it in the dryer on the lowest or no heat setting. And whatever you do, don’t iron it! Fluffies aren’t fans of the hot stuff.

How long does shipping take?
We know waiting is the hardest part! If you’re in Canada, expect your Fluffie to arrive in 2-5 business days (a little longer if you’re way out in the boonies). In the U.S., it’s about 4-6 business days, and in the UK, around 4-7 business days. Need it faster? We’ve got express shipping options to get you snuggled up ASAP!
How do I track my Fluffie?
As soon as our speedy sloths have your Fluffie on its way, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. Just click the link (or use our tracking portal) to follow your Fluffie’s journey from our cozy HQ to the moment it gently lands at your doorstep, ready to wrap you in warmth and joy. Delightful, isn’t it?
Do you ship outside of Canada?
Oh, you bet we do! We ship to the U.S. and the UK as well. We’re all about spreading the Fluffie love far and wide, so keep an eye out—we’ll be expanding to even more places soon!
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Fluffie as much as we do, but if it’s not a perfect match, we’ve got you covered. You can return your Fluffie within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it’s in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and still fluffy!). If your Fluffie is defective or we sent the wrong item, we’ll cover the return shipping and make it right, no questions asked! For more information, please refer to our Return & Exhange Policy.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Uh-oh, need to update that address? If you catch us before our speedy sloths (aka fulfillment team) process your order, we’ll happily update the shipping address for you—just contact us ASAP with your order number and the correct address. But once your order’s been handled, there’s not much we can do to change the address. Don’t worry, though—we’ll still do our best to help you out!
What if my Fluffie gets lost in the mail?
Lost Fluffies? Say it isn’t so! If your tracking shows that your Fluffie is lost in transit or hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery time, contact us and we’ll track it down. We’ll work with the courier to figure out what happened and get a new Fluffie on its way to you if necessary. No one should be without their fluff!
